I found the parking garage conveniently connected to the hotel. Texting the front desk with questions was simple. They responded quickly! The hotel is close to public transport. I will definitely return.
The bathroom door in my room was strangely difficult to close. This proved a minor inconvenience , needing some adjustment.

understaffed and inconvenient

slow check-inreluctant staff
check in was slow. there were many people arriving for a convention. it was they were understaffed to handle everyone. i asked for two more bottles of water since i am a hilton honors member but the front desk argued with me since they did not have my honors number on file. he reluctantly gave me two bottles of water. it seemed ridiculous since i was paying so much per night.

Fantastic Hotel with Perfect Location!

I enjoyed comfortable beds . The hotel location is strategic. It is less than 5 meters from the Red-line Grand train station. many bus stations are nearby.
The pool was so small it looked like a kid pool and not for a hotel. I was highly disappointed. The gym also was quite small.

The hotel had a restaurant attached called Weber Grill. The food was AMAZING!!! The wait staff went out of their way and did something special for me. This happened because I returned to eat there a second night.

The location is GREAT. Everything is walkable from the hotel, nice. There are masses of places to eat good, quality food. You can find something for every budget and every cuisine. Shops are also close by.

The parking and the location met expectations.
The check-in process was slow because the hotel was understaffed, I was not able to get help quickly. The front desk argued about providing extra water bottles, despite my Hilton Honors membership. A basic bar of facial soap was absent, it was really disappointing.
